What we collect

Name, phone, email and delivery address – to fulfil and deliver your order.
Photos and stories you upload for custom pieces – used only to create your piece.
Reviews and photos you choose to publish on our site.
Payment details are handled securely by Cashfree Payments; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security and to prevent spam.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: our website host, Cashfree Payments, Shiprocket and courier partners (for delivery), and email/WhatsApp providers. We never sell your data.

Your custom photos

Photos you upload for “Your Story” are stored privately and deleted within 90 days of delivery. We will only share photos of your finished piece publicly with your permission.
