Are your products printed?

No. Every piece is painted by hand by our artisans, using fabric- and leather-safe colours that are heat-set or sealed. No prints, no stencils.

Why is the price shown in two parts?

We show the base garment (at cost) and the artisan’s hand-painting price separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for – the craft. The discount shown applies to the hand-painting.

Can I send my own saree, shirt or sneakers?

Yes. Choose “Send my own” on any product and you pay only the hand-painting price. After ordering, courier your clean garment to our studio with your order number inside. We paint it and ship it back.

How long does it take?

Each piece is painted after you order and dispatched in about 7–10 days. Delivery across India usually takes 3–7 days after dispatch.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, for orders up to ₹3,000. A small COD handling fee of ₹49 applies. Our courier partner may call to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

How do I care for a hand-painted piece?

Hand-wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent, or dry clean. Don’t soak, bleach or wring. Dry in shade and iron on the reverse side.

Can I get my own photo painted?

Absolutely – that’s our “Your Story” collection. Upload your photo or idea, and we send you a sketch on WhatsApp for approval before painting.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Very close, but never identical – that is the beauty of hand-painting. Small variations in colour and line are the artist’s signature.

Do you take bulk or wedding orders?

Yes – matching family sets, bridesmaid blouses, couple sneakers and more. Message us on WhatsApp.
