Every JusTrendy piece is hand-painted to order, so please read this policy before buying.

Custom “Your Story” pieces

These are made only for you and can’t be returned or exchanged – unless they arrive damaged or defective. You can cancel for a full refund until you approve the sketch.

Ready designs

• Size exchange: within 7 days of delivery, if the piece is unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. We repaint the design on your new size; return shipping is paid by you.
• Damaged or defective: report within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We’ll repair, replace or refund.
• Small variations in colour and line are a natural part of hand-painting and are not defects.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering (before painting starts) for a full refund. After painting has started, orders can’t be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid orders go back to your original payment method through Cashfree Payments within 5–7 working days. COD refunds are made by bank transfer/UPI.
